The portable Herkules Crane is a unique solution for the high-rise construction industry. This custom crane can be easily disassembled, lifted on top of high-rise buildings, reassembled, and be ready for work within a short time. The crane is electro-hydraulic powered and comes complete with electric motor, hydraulic tank, safety valves on all cylinders, and momentum limiting valve.

The CM215 has already been on several job sites in New York City, saving developers time and money. Our mini crane does not require scaffolding or tie-backs — it is simply lifted between floors as it constructs a building, then dismantled and sent back down the construction hoist. The crane is tested and approved for the NYC market.

Herkules CM215
A faster, less expensive alternative to traditional tower cranes. For building construction it does the same job in a fraction of the time. NCCCO certified. Only requires an Alt-2 permit. Runs exclusively on electricity. Its max capacity and boom extension exempt it from numerous permit requirements.
Herkules CM311
A smaller counterpart to the CM215, the CM311 incorporates sophisticated features making the Herkules the strongest, lightest, safest, far-reaching and most versatile portable material handling crane on the market. Virtually maintenance-free with an ingenious design that handles loads where ordinary cranes give up.

1 Madison Avenue bridge removal

TPH helped remove an obsolete bridge between 1 Madison Ave and 11 Madison over 24th St. Also removed a generator with enclosures and two generators without enclosures from the 16th floor roof at the north east section of the building.
7 Hanover Square glass facade

TPH provided Master Riggers, a licensed crane operator technician, and a qualified NCCCO lift director to raise the glass wall façade for the building.
Moynihan Hall clock installation

Moynihan Hall
TPH developed the means and methods for rigging the Moynihan Station clock, weighing almost 5,000 lbs. Built in the historic Farley Post Office, Moynihan Station is the spiritual successor to old Penn Station — allowing LIRR and Amtrak passengers to enter the city in grandeur.
Past Projects
100 Norfolk Street
Lower East Side luxury tower. TPH provided all Master Rigger services, crane operator, and rigging crew for the Link Belt 218 Hylab. Provided all NYC DOT permits for street closure.
NYU Langone Medical Center
TPH provided Master Rigger services onsite at NYU's Langone Medical Center.
ASC NY LLC — 205 E 92nd St
TPH provided Master Rigger services and an NYC licensed crane operator for supervision of the erection of a tower crane climbing frame and additional mast sections.
4 Times Square
TPH provided all Master Rigger services onsite.
The Whitney Museum
TPH provided Master Rigging services involving a critical pick of stairs.
WTC — Tower 3
Provided NYC licensed Master Riggers to supervise the tower and basket removal at WTC-3 and to jump the crane once.
Olympic Tower
Rigging equipment to hoist artwork to the 51st floor. Detailed drawings, flagmen on sidewalk, pre-task risk assessment, all tools, permits, and trucking to TPH's NJ yard.
Schindler Elevator
Analyzed project logistics, provided description of optimum methodologies and recommended efficiency options to rig escalators into place.
Time Warner Center
Hoisted crates of artwork from the street to the 49th floor terrace. Provided all necessary NYC DOB permits.
Keith Haring Mural
In 2011, TPH removed the Keith Haring mural from a Lower Manhattan boys club (painted 1987). The 19×19 ft wall section was secured with custom metal backing and transported to Newark for restoration.

TPH-Project Services was created to meet the demand for the oversight of crane and rigging operations in the city. New York City Licensed Master Riggers have extensive experience in the crane and rigging industries. With the heightened level of safety requirements, it is important to have a Master Rigger's level of experience onsite at all times.

TPH has two Master Riggers operating in NYC.

Founder & President

Myriam founded TPH in 2009. She has over 30 years of experience in commercial construction in New York City, having previously founded and managed two successful project management companies. She is responsible for all administrative management of the company.

Patrick Tarrant
Patrick Tarrant
VP Operations

Patrick has worked with Myriam to provide services independent of major crane companies. His past projects include both new construction and repairs/restorations.
